Listening to Fingazz – I Can Make Ya. I love good, hard-hitting beats. Especially to move to, which makes me think I’d enjoy popping a whole lot (it’s something I’ve been wanting to pick up ever since I first saw the beau do it years ago, back in college). Voguing has been a recent priority though, since it’s highly stylised and is close enough to home to be considered an extension of my dominant commercial style.
Watching Shit Kingz – This Show Is Shit, their conceptual choreography video for their first actual theatre show, This Show Is Shit. Very classic, all 1920s to 1950s-inspired. And I positively adore conceptual choreography videos, so this comes as no surprise. Brilliant, just brilliant. A selection of screenshots I captured,
Also watching their choreographies to Usher – Caught Up and Fingazz – I Can Make Ya. Nothing like some fresh, smooth-moving Japanese creative inspiration first thing in the morning. If only I had an assortment of just as fresh, finely-cut sashimi to go along with it. I do have some green tea though. I guess two out of three will do for now.

Missing dance. Immensely. Well, choreography and performances (and to an extent, competitions) in particular. Those were excellent times, definitely unforgettable and irreplaceable.
